Vaults

The first Strategy Vaults are now live, and more will become available as we fine tune market params and list new pairs.

Strategies are written as a singleton contract, meaning each strategy powers Vaults for any number of markets. Strategy parameters are configurable at the pair level, and new pairs can be listed for existing strategies.
